With Direct Payments Plus, you have direct contact with your care provider. All care staff are trained, uniformed and carry identification cards.

In essence, our approach to your care is very simple. We will visit you in your own home to talk with you about your personal care needs, which will then be fully costed for your consideration. You may then call us to confirm your requirements and preferred payment method.
